Anxiety Therapy for Young Adults in Farmington, UT
Find Your Peace and Serenity
Embrace Acceptance. Let Go. Achieve Wholeness.
You've spent years holding it together.
Therapy is a place to set that down — to understand where your anxiety comes from and build a calmer, more grounded relationship with yourself. In person in Farmington, online across Utah and Idaho.
You're supposed to have it figured out by now.
(At least, that’s how it feels)
You may be the one who always holds it together — pushing through stress, meeting expectations, doing everything "right." And still, adulthood feels like more than you expected. The pressure to make decisions, build a career, and keep up with relationships is exhausting when your nervous system has been carrying years of stress and old patterns.
It makes sense that you're tired. The coping skills that got you this far may simply not be working anymore.
Maybe you’re noticing…
Anxiety that never fully switches off. Overthinking, tension, a mind that races even when everything is technically fine.
Feeling behind in your own life. Everyone else seems to know who they are and what they want — and you're wondering why it feels so hard.
Running on autopilot. You're functioning, but disconnected from yourself, and self-criticism has become the default voice in your head.
Meet Your Therapist
Hi, I'm Bailley.
Therapy with me is collaborative and, above all… human. Together we'll explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped how you respond to the world — with curiosity, not judgment — while building practical skills to help your nervous system feel safe and settled.
Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety makes sense once you understand it. Together we'll explore where yours comes from and build the capacity to meet life with more calm and self-trust. Includes support for panic attacks.
OCD Therapy
