Yes, I accept Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, HMHI BHN, United Healthcare, EMI, Optum, Select Health, and PEHP. I recommend confirming coverage before scheduling. Self-pay appointments are $150. If you are out of network and want to try to get reimbursed by your insurance company I can provide a monthly superbill that will have all the information the insurance company will need. If you are not using insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate.

Yes, I am happy to offer virtual and in-person visits. In person visits take place at my office in Farmington, UT. Please let me know when scheduling if you prefer in-person or virtual.

I ask that you provide a 24-hour notice before canceling your appointment. I understand things come up (work, sick, etc.), and will work with you to reschedule! If short-notice cancellations occur frequently, you may be charged for the visit. I do charge for no-shows.

The first session will be used to get to know each other and to gather basic information. I will ask about your primary reason for seeking out therapy. Future sessions are loosely structured and based on what you choose to focus on, whether it is your primary concern or something that happened recently that has your attention. I want sessions to flow naturally based on what you need that day. Each appointment is about 50-55 minutes.
